The Joseph Riley Armstead III, '13 Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established for over $25,000. The first award will be made in the fall of 2018 to a full-time student who meets the scholarship criteria as set forth in the agreement established by the family and friends of Joseph Riley Armstead III and Neumann University.
